We understand and respect your decision if you didn't like the product. And YES, we do offer exchange.

All of our products go through quality checks before shipping.

Since each product is exclusively curated and has gone through quality checks with immense care and love, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED, WE ONLY OFFER EXCHANGE.


EXCHANGE POLICY - INDIA

We only exchange products and do not refund in case the customer doesn't like the product(s).
Items on sale are NOT ELIGIBLE for exchange.
A product can be exchanged only ONCE through the course of an order.

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR EXCHANGE:

Kindly inform us within 24 hours of delivery, for which the customer needs to e-mail us at fashnotch@gmail.com with their order number and product picture.
Later, the concerned team checks the description & confirms the damage/ incorrect product and an email confirmation will be sent to the customer regarding the approval of the exchange or return.
The product must be packed in the same packaging before it is couriered by the customer to us.
Shipping / Reverse pick-up / Re-shipping charges for returned or exchanged items will be borne by the customer only.
Once we receive the product(s), we will then inspect the physical product, then we shall dispatch new/correct product, as per our policy.
Product must be unused and untampered to be eligible for exchange.
It may take longer than usual time to ship the exchanged product.
All exchanges are subjected to stock availability.


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA

FashNotch ships to almost all pin codes in India with free COD facility for orders above ₹500. We have partnered with best logistics services to ensure that your products are handled professionally and delivered on time.

ORDER DISPATCH

Our orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 working days. You will be intimated via email about the tracking details of your order when it is shipped.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you an email with Tracking URL.

ORDER DELIVERY

Our logistics partner usually delivers the shipment in 3-5 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the time we dispatch your order. However, in case of any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues, there might be a delay in delivering your order. Kindly track your order with the details provided over your registered email ID.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

There is no cancellation, once the order is placed.
